This Limited Editions Club classic contains two short novels by the great Herman Melville, author of Moby Dick. The book is in Fine condition but there are couple of tiny, virtually invisible spots of soiling on the spine. as is the slipcase. The slipcase has dusting to the bottom panel. Its spine is sunned and it shows light wear in the form of small scratches or spots. there are very few of them.. There were only 1500 copies of this book produced of which this is number 902. This is a beautiful classic published by The Limited Editions Club. The book is near fine with a tiny corner chip to the two tops (left and right) of the spine. You really have to look for them. The slipcase is also Very Good with just a touch of soiling from handling and some yellowing from age. There is some fading to the spine. All-in-all I would rate this book at very good to near fine.
