This volume is a Limited First Edition in fine unread condition that was published in 1976 by Simon and Schuster. There were 500 copies of this book printed of which this is #60. This item is striking in every way. The book is housed in a very bright yellow slipcase that is printed on both sides . The slipcase is in excellent condition and only shows some slight shelf wear to the very bottom of the box. The book is in at least Very Good+ condition with just a hint of wear to the bottom edge and a touch of fading to the very extreme top of the boards.
