Here we have E.L. Doctorow`s Billy Bathgate in the First Edition and First printing. Published in 1989 and developed into a major motion picture this novel has a timeless quality in its themes and beauty. This volume has a very light ownership stamp on the top right corner of the front endpaper. It is by no means prominent. There is also a single crease to the spine. Having said that, the book is in wonderful shape. The dust jacket is near fine with only very slight wear to the top of the spine. We are pleased to send pictures on request.
