First UK paperback edition signed by the author. There is a turned corner on front panel to the lower right. Otherwise it is beautiful. This is a Fine copy of this most interesting bibliomystery. Anyone who is a book collecter or who aspires to be one will truly enjoy this book. Dunning has a great way of writing and explaining much about the pursuit of rare books while giving us a suspensefull mystery to enjoy along with the information about being a book scout. The book is funny, suspenseful, and informative as are his other wonderful works of fiction. Mr. Dunning was once a rare book dealer in Colorado and is known for his wonderful and suspense filled bibliomysteries which are stories of book collecting and the book trade. It's a great story.

The Bookman's Wake is another bibliomystery and the sequel to Booked to Die. Denver rare bookman Cliff Janeway is back. This book is in near Fine condition with a bump to the lower right corner of the front board. The dust jacket is also near fine and only shows slight shelf-wear. It is not price-clipped. Mr. Dunning has inscribed this volume directly on the title page. It reads 'Best to You, Mike' and it is then signed.
